Adolescent Tourette's Study

Available for qualified participants

CenExel CIT is seeking volunteers living with Tourette’s/tic disorder to participate in our clinical trial.

Tourette’s and Tics are very common and often go undiagnosed. You’ve probably seen a tic without even realizing it. If a young adult or teen develops tics (an sudden movement or a sound) it can be scary for parents & family members. Tics are common in children and they often seem to come out of nowhere. You should look out for symptoms like these:

Physical Tics:

  • Shoulder shrugging
  • Eye blinking
  • Lip biting
  • Facial grimacing

Vocal Tics:

  • Clearing of the throat
  • Humming, sniffing, snorting or squealing
  • Repeating words

If you or someone you know has this condition, please contact us. Volunteers get compensated for travel and time!

To be considered for the study, please fill out the form or call 866-478-8391.
